It's probably the most hardest thing to agree on. We don't find out our gender either. When our first child was born, we settled on a boy name two weeks before he was born. We knew it was a boy though for some reason.

We have a second due in February 12th. We both think it's a girl. She has a boy named picked out but we don't have a girl name picked out yet. I will give her the boy name bc it's a girl.

Naming a child is fun process but so difficult. I just will let it come to us like it did for our first child. The many back and forths is fun and I enjoy it big time.

It’s actually not.

Also, you can’t spin-off your own thread. You can only be an attention seeking a-hole.

Um, not that hard. Just go with a family name.

I only have 1 child but I didn’t find it very difficult. I wanted to stick with my initials - so working within that constraint - researched the meaning of names and came up with one that resonated with me and would serve as an inspiration to my son.

Just whatever you do, dont name it after someone on a TV show... People who name their children after television characters are trashy.

I don't have the patience for such shite...just pick out one of the names that can be used for either a boy or a girl (i.e. Sam), so you can get back to watching football....

Actually, it's not. Don't make up shite and stay away from anything with "lyn" or "len" "dyn" or "den" and you'll be fine.

Oh and no apostrophes.

We came up with our son's name the week he was due. We kept going back and forth on five or six names for months then the name just popped into my head and we both liked it. I'm happy with our choice.

I find girl names to be harder than boy names. Ours is a boy, and his name was not a question. I'm worried he's going to surprise us and actually be a girl, and we don't have a name.

Uhhhhhhhh, it’s a little early to be imposing roles on the child. Don’t you think??!!
