How do people not realize that Troy is actually pretty good? They won 10 games last season and took Clemson to the wire. They are 9-2 this year.

Clemson won though.
And they're 9-2 in a scrub conference. And lost to 4-7 south Alabama.

I was expecting a complete collapse so it was a pleasant surprise to end up winning 9 games.
That said, LSU's wins came against teams that combined to go 43-51. Four of those teams have fired their coach as well. Losing to Troy and getting blown out in Starkville also leaves a stain.
It was a good, but not great, season. Plain and simple.

No hate whatsoever. Long time supporter of the program, and I will continue to be (financially as well). Just thought we were better. I'm like a dad supporting his drug user child through rehab. I do not hate. I'm just very disappointed.

Soooo you’re saying that they are on par or worse than USA because of the transitive property.... so LSU beat a team that’s playing for a spot in the CFP, so what’s that say about them?
