fivethirtyeight.com did an analysis of the different scenarios of what could happen with this election:

basically, the Republican party is screwed bad optics no matter what happens. The best case scenario is a write-in candidate wins, but a write-in campaign makes the chances of a Jones victory a lot greater.

They won't expel him, they have no grounds to do so. This is how it will go down he will win this election and then these women will be forced to shite or get off of the pot which they will get off because they have no case. This is all a shite show for headlines. Roy Moore will be a Senator from Alabama and they are going to have to swallow it.

What rule could the Senate use to unseat Moore? Any wrongdoings by Moore to make him ineligible to reside in the Senate has to be based on something he did after becoming the elected Senator. Past transgressions before being elected and seated has no bearing on him being qualified to hold the seat.
