If you would have told me wed have a shot at 10 wins and a NYD bowl after the loss to troy i would have laughed at you.
But think. We havent won 10 games since 2013. And without Orgeron meddling in the troy game wed have a shot at 11. We are MUCH better than given credit for.
There are multiple teams ranked higher that we would defeat soundly.
Tennessee and A&M are fricked.
And so is Miami mext year. Geaux Tigers!

Did you happen to look at the thread about the records of the teams we beat and those that beat us?
Funny, but with 11 wins, I would feel good. Less than that is Meh IMO because everything was in front of them. Shitty teams with a shitty schedule.
Grades, drugs and some injuries,but the first 2 are the ones nobody is talking about that. That’s discipline.

They would have been if O had played Brennan much more than he has. Now Brennan will go on a national stage on Sunday, Sept 2 with no meaningful experience going against a preseason top 5 Miami team. I’m not saying Brennan should have been starting, but he damn well should have been getting meaningful snaps to help prepare him for starting next season.

I kind of like this team. Their deficiencies are just right there front and center-but they really fight hard. We have had better teams I've enjoyed less.

We've watched a group of guys find some heart and courage. It would have been easy to fold and have a crap season. I am very proud of these young men for coming together and trusting themselves and the coaches. Some guys learned lessons that changed them forever. Geaux Tigers
