just want to make that abundantly clear before the rumor mills get rolling based on twitter.

he could catch on at a smaller school if he wanted to go there i bet

he got interviews last year but they didn't go well apparently. we really need him to get a job to off set that buyout.

Larry Coker got a job and he was a disaster.
If Les wanted to go dumpster diving for a job he could have a job.
Additionally, you seriously have issues, about Les Miles for some reason but in general as well.

He should be the first candidate UT calls. Would be a huge get for them. I could also see him at Arky.

but all I heard is how LSU should have kept him. He's such a great coach. How DARE LSU!
Bunch of cowardly idiots.

Yeah I'll second that

He may get a shot at a smaller school or bigger one that doesn't expect much.
Everyone is looking for the younger next best thing coach.
Exactly why Dan Mullen needs to pivot.
His stock prob won't get any higher than it is now.

Somewhere in the South, Less and Phil Fulmer are sitting on a mule drawn wagon, moseying down a little traveled street. Phil commands "whoa"
Less gets out, picks his choice of grass for the next fifteen minutes, and climbs back on the wagon.
Their conversation resumes about how both are still in their prime and both are ready to take a team to the next level.
Then, after a while, in Blazing Saddles last scene fashion, the mule stops and both get off and enter their chauffeur driven Rolls Royces.

This astonishes me. I mean wasn't he the winningest coach in LSU history? How is it the winningest coach at a major college program can't even get an interview?

He would never coach at Ar-Kansas.

Because he's incredibly stubborn and will run the most predictable, ancient offense on the planet.
Les' system can ONLY work at a place like LSU, and even then, it was anemic.

Les will have a power five job the day after the last penny of his buyout is due. Some of you people are fricking brain dead.
Posted on 10/31/17 at 11:50 am to CptBengal
which is funny cause he'd probably be a clear upgrade to what the University of Tennessee have had for the past decade.

You do realize that a top 15 program just hired an utter failure as a head coach in Orgeron, right?
Honestly, if Les has learned his lesson, it wouldn't shock me to see him go to another SEC school and develop a team better than what LSU has with O as coach.

That's why fans wanted to get rid of him; we saw a lot of that on these boards last year. Y'all put that label on him, and apparently it's stuck.
Can't see him getting zero calls with 141-55 record and a natty.
