I'd like to meet the original Iron Chefs or be on the tasting panel. Never been into watching cooking shows but I used to watch the Japanese series all the time back in the gap.

CSB- I sat next to Emeril at the bar at Acme Oyster House at the Baytown Wharf a few years ago. He pounded raw oysters and Coronas. Real nice guy.

I don't care much about most "personalities." I've met some of the people named in this thread and, while I don't have anything bad to say about them, I can't say it really was all that meaningful either.

However, and I don't know if this counts, but I'd love to be able to go back and cook a meal with each of my great grandmothers. Or at least watch each of them cook one.
