We won’t be able to run the ball on Bama. We are going to have to loosen them up with the passing game if we are going to have a shot.

I think Brennan’s floor is certainly lower than Etlings, but I think his ceiling is much higher. I say true.

We need better OL and DL play to beat them. It don’t matter who the QB is.

No. Etling doesn’t turn the ball over. We need him. Also, Brennan might die.

He has a higher ceiling but a worse floor. We know what Etling is at this point, and we cannot just lean on the run game, so yes Brennan gives you a better shot at both winning or getting blown out spectacularly.

True freshman with minimal game experience against the best team in the nation on the road. What could go wrong?

I give us about a 2% chance of beating BAMA. I just hope we can play them respectable like the Aggies did

I don’t think it even matters.

They will destroy our O line. Whoever plays QB will be running for his life he whole game and Guice/Williams will have to break multiple tackles each play just to avoid a loss or at best no gain.

Their Online vs our D line and our O line vs their D line is where the last 6 games have been lost and it’s hard to see that changing this year.

Must have been Brennan who ran it in last night.

And threw that TD pass

False....both QBs will probably have very very little time to throw it when they drop back to pass. Brennan has shown he will force a pass into coverage, which will result in interceptions. Etling may take the sack, but if our defense is playing lights out (and they will have to in order for us to have a chance anyway) then this becomes a field position game. Turnovers make you lose the field position battle. Punts do not.

I’m not advocating that we start him, but I also don’t think even Etlings best game beats Bama. He’s great at not making mistakes, but playing conservative football is not the recipe for beating Alabama.

Brennan would be in a full-body cast after the game with this O-line. You have to give it to the senior who has won road games

Based on what we have, Etling is exactly what we need to even keep it close. This game will be about our defense plus guice\d-willy. Just like last night.

False.

Why does everyone want to see Myles Brennan murdered?
