Poland - homogenous and patriotic white Catholics
Iceland or Finland - awesome and homogenous high IQ
Argentina - best of South America high IQ
Belarus - homogenous Eastern European - culture and masculinity of Russia but less corrupt and Mongoloid high IQ
Goal is to get rid of crime and stupid people. Polish are not so smart, so I might replace them with Swiss - but poles would be good soldiers and content with working class status.

I'd pick countries that naturally have favorable geography toward trade, agriculture, and defense.
So in no particular order:
United States
Germany
France
India
China
Not surprising that they are some of the most prosperous nations right now.
