Not porn and not Cirque de Soliel. What is good in the other categories?

The best shows in Vegas are the Cirque shows. But I guess since you ruled those out...Britney spears? Celine dion? shite I don't even know what else is there.

An old GF dragged me to one in Nashville and holy crap I am glad she did!

Britney Spears sucked. Boys to Men was good. Jubilee was good if you like nostalgic old school Vegas shows. Frank Marino's Divas Las Vegas was good.

Jubilee closed a couple of years ago.

Why's that?

Even if u were considering cirque, my favorite show is le reve at Wynn. I liked it better than O.

I went back in August with the gf, we stayed at the Wynn. La Reve is probably the best show in town. I've seen 2 Cirque's before in Vegas and they just aren't my thing. Also saw Britney, and it was okay. She doesn't hide the fact that she's lip syncing and that kind of takes away from the show. But it wasn't too bad.
I know it sounds corny but the Blue Man group is very good. It is at the Luxor, and they do a great job of getting the crowd involved. Penn & Teller also do a great job- I've seen them in NO but I assume their Vegas show is similar.

We have seen most of the cirque shows and they are great- just looking for something different.

Paranormal - Mind Reading Magic Show
Anthony Cools - The Uncensored Hypnotist
The first one is amazing, second one is hilarious.

I went and saw Britney. Pretty fun. Keep in mind you're seeing a show, not a concert and you'll have fun.

Absinthe is my favorite Vegas show, and I've seen all the CDS shows, Le Reve, and many others. It's a little different, though, and not for everyone. The venue is small and the show has some CDS type theatrics plus a lot of adult humor.
Someone who does want to see porn and CDS would love it. But since you don't, I dunno, maybe David Copperfield or the Blue Man Group?

It's subjective, and based on what you like. I probably go to LV at least 6X annually. Cirque shows are second rate compared to some other talent in that town at any given time. I've seen two Cirque shows. One was plenty. Actually, one was probably too much. Frankly, they're just not that good. Name a genre, and I'll make some suggestions.

Out of the shows ive seen in Vegas:
Terry Fator: It was ok. I think he is touring somewhere else now.
David Copperfield: Surprisely I really enjoyed it. Tons of fun
Beatles Love: By far my favorite show. I know you said no Cirque shows but Love is great.
KA: It was ok. After seeing Love I was disappointed.

That's the only one I've seen, so I can't compare it to others. But I absolutely loved it.

Absinthe peeps- have any of y'all ever eaten at Rose.Rabbit.Lie. at The Cosmopolitan? The entertainment there used to be top notch (break dancer, provocative juggler, etc). I inquired as to their absence and R.R.L. told me they went to Absinthe. Did y'all see or notice them in the show?
