re: Least expensive LSU (non student) football tickets you remember

$2 for Arkansas 1993. It was on Thanksgiving weekend, the team was terrible, and Tiger Stadium was 25,000 seats short of a sellout.

In the 80's it was free with your student ID. In my opinion it should go back to that...bring the student body back. The athletic program is making plenty of $$, really no need to bleed students of their lunch money.

My dad took us occasionally in the 70's and for some reason 12.00 sticks out for me.

Started LSU in 95. General tickets were $30 for any game. I believe they had just started charging for Student tickets and they were $3. You could walk up before the game and buy student guest tickets for friends at $30 each or you could do like most and find a $3 ticket and any ID of someone the same sex and race. They’d let you in.

Those were $2.50 in 1970

I still have a ticket stub somewhere for the Duke-LSU game in 1958, my first game. I believe face value was $7.00.

I remember the late 60's early 70's it was $2.50 or $3.50 for youth season tickets. crazy
