I know he's going to want a monster contract, but do the saints want to pay him? Do you risk a D that is finally playing decent?

I'm not giving Vaccaro any kind of big money deal. He doesn't show consistency for the money he will want/command. Let another team pay for that.

a 3rd would be tempting if they have no interest in resigning him.

Do yall realize that Vaccarro played every defensive snap on sunday and was the only player to do so?

These discussions are really hard to have without knowing the money that is needed.

He can make plays when he's in the right role. I can't see paying him huge money though. Good money but not huge.

The better he plays the more we'll get for him.

He's great near the LOS when not forced into a true safety role.

I don't see why the coaching staff has to go through the same process every year before putting him where he belongs

Id really like to know what his market value really is. If he really wants the big time money are we sure a team will give it to him?

Ideal situation would be let him see what teams offer and give the Saints a chance to match. I just cant see anyone paying him 8-10 a year but i could be wrong.

He is very good at many things but pass coverage is not one of them. I would like him back on the team but I would not break the bank.
