i can't wait to tell my grandchildren about the time paw paw was in the student section for that game. absolutely unreal.

I almost left that game early because I had my now wife's car keys and she had gone to watch the game at the Chimes with friends. Ended up having to run down to meet her at the gate so I could get her the keys and head back up.

I miss those days so much. I was at a party in high school and me and two guys were in a back room watching the game. I felt sorry for all the "LSU fans" that were at the party missing one of the best games in LSU history. Hester was a monster.

arguable. you mean best you have been to? right? I was there also. great game no doubt! But the 2000 UT and bama games where we stormed field and ripped down goalposts were great. Stormed field again in the 2001 AU game but no goalposts this time. 2003 UGA, etc.

UGA in 03 was better for me. I was a student, and that was the first time I felt like we had arrived.

That was a helluva game. I was there - in my recliner - loving every minute of it.
The best one I ever saw live was LSU - Auburn in 1969. The ‘69 Tigers were beasts.

I was there in the student section. I've been to a lot of great games in Tiger Stadium, '01 auburn, '03 UGA, '10 bama, '11 USCe, even some of the games that we lost that were just incredible games even tho we lost. By far, that was the best game I've ever been to! Incredible atmosphere. When they announced the Stanford-USC game score, it sounded like a bomb went off.

I was a freshman in high school selling programs at the game. By the 4th me and a few buddies made our way into the student section. Thats the game ill never forget.

Best game I've ever been to that was played in Tiger Stadium was 1997 Florida.
