Stop overthinking it, enjoy the ride, and don't commit until you're damn sure. The super crazy will either come out or not be there.
She may be like my wife. We met when she was 33. Single no kids never married. Was just focused on her career. Crazy never came out so I married her. Best decision I ever made.

In the OP I commented on how sweet she is. She's really down to earth. Seems like an all around good woman

She seems cool. Just enjoy it and don't overthink
The only red flag is that y'all work together. A wise man once said, "don't shite where you eat."

She's older than you, divorced, in her mid-30s and is not currently married. Stay away.

Why? Even if was just ten months he still has got a life to lead. After what my dad went through I question no man on his reasoning for getting married. I tend to grieve more for the living that has lost someone than for the someone who is no longer with us.

It's like shopping on the clearance rack. You are picking through everyone else's left overs. Find a 25 year old girl that doesn't have baggage with An ex or kids. I would take a 25 yr old OT 6 over a 35yr old OT 8.

Enjoy the ride and don't over think it. It sounds like you are ready to move on from your first wife's passing, which I'm sure she would've wanted you to do.
Maybe this is the start of the next chapter in your life. It is a great sign to me that neither of you have kids at this time in your lives. I'm sure her biological clock is ticking, so you better start to dicking.

He's got plenty of baggage, too.
I think you're overthinking here. After 10 months, you've probably seen most sides of her personality. You may be downplaying negative parts, since you're still in the gushy hormonal stage, but there probably won't be many surprises. Does she have a good social circle? Is she on good terms with her family?

If you haven’t figured out in 10 months either she’s one hell of a psycho, she’s not crazy, or you both are crazy.
Another suspicion is her talents in the bed. Usually leans toward crazy with that.

You should move in together and date a little longer.
Everyone should move in together before getting engaged. The little (and big) things that will bother you about her will really come out.

I agree with the moving in thing. If that’s not feasible, go on an extended vacation but drive to the location. Should pick up on some things during that time.

Sorry about your loss, but it doesn't appear you jumped into another relationship before allowing time to heal, which is great.
All women have a little crazy in them, but if you have dated a while, you know the level of the one you are with.

I proposed to my wife three weeks after meeting her. Hell, it was even a long distance romance at that. We probably had only five dates during the four months before being married.
Somehow you just know if it is right or not. On a first marriage, you use your heart to make that big decision. On the second one, you let your head have a little sayso about the situation. The latter option usually lasts longer.

My wife and I did a 7000 mile road trip over only 6 days about 6 months into dating. About four hours in, the amp fried for the radio.
When we didn't kill each other, I decided I was going to marry her. Proposed one year later.
