Id say being the fifth largest city in the country and the major economic hub in the south as not being boutique mate. Which is what NOLA was, until it wasnt.....

today, in our lifetimes, nola is a boutique city and i (and others) choose to live there partly because of that feature

It's not just New Orleans...it's the entire state...no one is moving their companies to La..

BTW...how many businesses just went bankrupt or closed the doors in the Laffy area the past 4 years?
