i know, i know
but she could buy a decent 3/4 bedroom house in a great school district and get a minimum wage job somewhere that makes her happy and she'd never have to worry about anything again
but i have a feeling that shes gonna pay cash for a $600,000 house and property, buy ridiculous vehicles, and itll all be gone in a year or two then she wont be able to afford the taxes, insurance, and utilities on the new house or the insurance on the new car, or the new iphone bills, etc...

She probably doesn't have a good enough credit history/score to get a loan for even 50% LTV. She will have to pay cash or a shite load down.
However, if she could get a loan on a home in a decent area, then she could roll the money into an investment vehicle and make maybe 10% or more in a year.

What are the odds she was given the ticket to check the numbers, saw it was big bucks, told the customer he won nothing, then claimed the money herself?

2 million isn't even that much after taxes.
I saw an ex-NFL linebacker who is now a financial advisor. He says he asks athletes "How much is a million dollars"
"It's $660,000 dollars" (after tax).

I chortled heartily at this.

Correct. $1.2MM cash after taxes invested somewhat conservatively would yield about $100K annually. Something tells me that a 26yo single mom with 3 kids won't go that route.

Hope she deleted all the video, otherwise it's theft over 1000?

does he get a Yeti parting gift on the way out?

I guess the last part is irrelevant for a couple years while she has the lotto money.
That $2M will be gone fast as hell.
We've seen ghetto and trailer trash blow through $100M+ in just a few years time. $2M is child's play, all things considered

Crazy to think that you could technically wealth yourself into a "six figure job" by just not acting poor.

Why is this even newsworthy on here? I thought 2M was just a nice weeks work for everyone on tOT
