if donnie alexander is indeed involved that would be the most disappointing.

This was just a few weeks ago...

quote:

Aranda discussed Alexander’s emergence as a team leader during a guest appearance on “After Further Review” on ESPN 104.5-FM in Baton Rouge Thursday afternoon. “What I’m really excited about Donnie is the strides he’s made academically and personally,” Aranda said. “He’s an emerging leader. That’s so cool to see.”

The obvious comparison is to Duke Riley, who followed a similar path last year. Riley played sparingly during his first three years at LSU, but emerged as one of the Tigers’ most dominant defensive players last season. That leap was noticed by the Atlanta Falcons, who picked Riley in the third round of the NFL Draft this spring.

“You saw those same strides this offseason with Duke,” Aranda said. “He was the guy that would round guys up for players-only [meetings and workouts]. Duke did that on his own, and Donnie’s doing that now.”

Didn't O thoroughly enjoy suspending guys at Ole Miss?

eaux must geaux

ETA - OR are we needing a built in excuse in case we lose to BYU? Not O's faults, its those troubled Les Miles recruits.

Florida also has 7 players suspended so stfu.
The day we compare ourselves to Florida for this stuff, and wind up being about on par, is the day to fold up shop.

K. Fulton- got in trouble with Savion Smith

As in, got in trouble for doing the same stuff Savion was doing? So Savion decided to hit the road instead of being disciplined?

What I dont get with this kind of shite is why doesn't Alabama ever have these things when their off-season seemed more active than most in the conference with legal crap?

These guys deserve blame for making mistakes, but I am sick of that other team in the West getting away with everything, on AND off the field.

Because they would rather win games then build character.

Well, since I am sick of losing to them and hearing how great they are all day, screw character. What has it gotten us?

Saban sits a player down for something that could have NCAA implications.
Legal issues are "handled in house".
Which probably means they have to turn in the car for a week or two.

Don't be surprised if one of them is TE Roddy.
