I've purchased 3 fantasy mags for the upcoming season and all of them predict LF to reach 1,000 yards. The Jags are going to be more balanced this season in order to try and revive Bortles's career. They've also added major pieces to an already talented defense and are in the most wide open division in the NFL which should give them some leads and more importance on the run game. They should be in most of their games at least early in the year making Fournette that much more valuable.

That's about 80 yards per game, very doable.
Bortles is also terrible so they are gonna feed LF.

I agree it's a foolish bet but if he stays injury free and the Jaguars are committed to the run it's possible. This is what the media saying:
