I've had Geico for years. Never had a minute's problem from them. Totaled my vehicle 4 years ago and was treated very well on the settlement and with my rates afterwards. I'd recommend them to anyone.

Actually it's the opposite. Talk to auto repair shop owners -- they will tell you that GEICO gives them less shite about supplemental damage estimates than anyone else. GEICO is one of the best when it comes to paying claims fairly.

Now, if you get pissed because they pay you $5,000 for your totaled out 1999 Honda Civic because YOU feel it's worth more than that, that's your problem.

GEICO is fair, not generous. It's important to remember the difference.

GEICO was great to deal with when I needed them.

Actually it's the opposite. I deal with them regularly and can tell you that geico routinely obstructs and makes offers below reasonable value.

I deal with all insurance companies and geico the worst.

Why don't you just go buy another car today?? Geico will settle fairly quickly but you are going to have to buy a car anyways.

I do and Geico is fine. I don't think they pay out as much as State Farm on average but it's definitely a decent company.

Never totaled a car, but have had several claims. First was a broken window by gr.daughters softball. Freebie, no deduct., no rate increase. Glass co. did all the paperwork. My two male labs get into it and trying to break up the fight I break wife's passenger mirror. Had a dent on the front fender, fixed both plus threw in a lens washing on the headlights. Adjuster asked if I needed anything else. Also made sure I was satisfied after work was done, and if not report to him immediately. Couldn't of been more pleased. And still didn't have to cough up any deductible.

i creamed the frick out of those trees and it was fricked up bc i spun 4 or 5 times and then the car straightened to hit them head in.

So what led to the accident occurring?

I've never had a total loss with geico but have used them for smaller claims and never had any issues. Good customer service and pretty quick repairs

Geico has always been good to during a claim. Excellent customer service and paid quickly. My premium has never gone up. Seriously.

I've had Geico for six years now. My experiences mirror yours.
