Inconsiderate neighbor mowing

Live in pretty tight urban area of New Orleans, so close quarters. Neighbor insists on mowing his rock filled front yard without regard for my car parked in the driveway right next to it (or the cars parked in the street).
If you've politely suggested he try to follow a path that doesn't cover your car with grass and occasionally dings from rocks and he still does it-- what's your best course of action? am I stuck building a fence now? I'm sure I'm SOL on the dings but with my driveway covered in his grass can I complain to some city entity with that as proof? Revenge ideas?

Wait til he's walking away then club his arse and take his wallet, NOLA style. Oh and flash some kind of sign when you walk off.

Polite, not polite, then sugar in the gas tank of car and mower

Sounds like a trashy area.

Video it happening.
If rocks from his yard and flying from his lawnmower and causing significant damage to your vehicle, I believe you could take him to court over it.
Not sure if it's worth the price or hassle though.

Spray the grassy rock area in question with roundup.
No need for him to mow again

Dump a pile of rocks in your driveway and run over them with your lawnmower, thus shooting rocks at said neighbors.

You're gonna have to go over there and put him in his place, but I suggest you check the knuckles first.

Either kick his arse or remain cucked

It's not uptown, I'll say that.
Though he's probably the dude on the block that's wealthiest. His wife does legal work for an oil company and he's some sort of engineer for them too.
But he does have truck nuts.

It's actually a pretty quiet pocket that isn't hood rat or anything. Just close enough to downtown that the lots are on the smaller side so things like my driveway are VERY close to his front yard

People that park cars in their driveway or street are trashy.
