i have a genuine question for you re: beyonce.

does she "speak to" black women or tap into a level of "blackness" that few other artists ever have? she has this weird mystique (from what i've gathered on social media) that i don't understand. her music just seems so meh to me. otoh, i actually kind of like rihanna as a pop star.

Yes, she is unapologetically black and has been successful for doing so. Not many other female artist have had her level of cross over success doing so.

She didn't have to go pop to blow up, in laymans terms. She's still in (in their eyes) the little country creole chic from the 3rd ward, that wore micro braids just like her fans.

Tell a black women you don't like Beyoncé is the quickest way to dry her up

Try it. It's quite hilarious

Her music, or at least what I hear, sounds like generic pop to me.

What a hypocritical, racist, obese waste (or waist?) of space.

He unknowingly calls out one or two local, female SJWs as well, which is rather comical.

It's getting poppier for sure. Her last album was black as hell. Like chitlins and mustard collard greens black. Domician hair salons and pompade black

Yea, Beyoncé hates white people too. She had a wonderful Black Panthers super bowl halftime show a couple of years ago.

This is somewhat true, but Aretha Franklin did the same thing when segregation was still alive and well and did it based on her voice, because Aretha is a true fricking badass.

I basically just wanted to say that Aretha is better than Beyoncé and always will be

I think this kind of nonsense is growing at least in volume thanks to social media. It is turning real liberals off to the Democratic party's slow march towards progressive totalitarianism.

The thought that a black person should marry a black person is fricking stupid. I was always equal opportunity when it came to dating women.
