It's crazy how often real things happen on the days when drills are planned. 9/11, the London subway bombings, Sandy Hook etc all happened on days when drills for those exact situations were planned. It makes the conspiracy theorists go nuts.

I can't give all details, but I just got off the phone again with somebody that was in the building that the incident occurred. It was confirmed to me that there were casualties. The local news won't get that info right now. I doubt they can even come on post. They are probably all stacked up outside the gate

Any concept of whether it appears to be personal conflict (relationship, work violence) as opposed to something else?

I keep hearing hostage from other places too. But the person that I've been talking to that's stuck there heard the shooter was subdued.
I did get a message that traffic is back to normal everywhere but in and around the sparkman complex
