Infowars
quote:

President Trump has been informed of Justice Anthony Kennedy’s impending resignation, meaning that the president will soon make his second pick for the Supreme Court, according to White House sources speaking with Trump insider Roger Stone.

quote:

U.S. Circuit Judge Thomas Hardiman, who was on Trump’s short list when he selected Neil Gorsuch for the vacancy left by the late Antonin Scalia, is said to be the front-runner for the opening seat.

CNN
quote:

Friends and associates believe Kennedy is seriously considering retirement. In general, the burdens of age and demands at the court weigh in one direction. His deep interest -- and leading role -- in America's constitutional democracy weigh in the other.

When will Justice Anthony Kennedy retire? When will Justice Anthony Kennedy retire? The question appears not to be whether Kennedy will retire soon, but when -- at the end of this June, or next?

Infowars and Fake News Network both reporting it.

Cool but we need to replace a crazy arse lib one of these days. But Kennedy swings sometimes so it'll be good to have someone solid replace him.

I'd love to replace Ginsburg w/ Pryor, but getting Kennedy off the Court would be a gamechanger. You would not have had Obergfell if not for him.

It's a good start. Hopefully seeing younger Conservatives being added to the court will make RBG give up and leave.

I do too, and unfortunately I think she has another 8-10 years in her.

There are very few things in the world I would cherish more than for her to die tomorrow, then the next day Trump nominate Merrick Garland to the court in her seat just to see the left lose their ever loving shite.

Is Hardiman truly conservative? I've heard things suggesting he might be moderate.

How much of a textualist is Hardiman? I was hoping that the next appointee would be someone close to Pryor (if not Pryor himself). Does Hardiman fit that bill?
