This is such a hard thing for people to get over. PTSD from all of those years from being fed BS scrimmage stats, hopeful that LSU's offense wouldn't be the butt of everyone's joke AGAIN, only to be disappointed year after year.

Love what he did, and he's a great person, but it's over. New and better things are here.

To quote my 3 year old, "I so cited!!!"

Well, pretty much all of us thought Miles wouldn't be ignorant enough knowing his job depended on it.

dude thought he was invincible and placed his personal pride over what was best for the team. so glad he's gone.

Any rational person would assume that since he had almost been fired the previous year, he might actually make some changes. "There's no way he's THAT stubborn, right?"

It wasn't to that level, but during the entire Wisconsin game I was experiencing similar "I can't believe this is happening" emotions that I did for 1/9.

But hey we always heard how great BH and JJ were in spring ball....

That was mostly from Les, not from the media.

Is that not the biggest fluff piece ever until the last paragraph about center.

Great stuff from Jimmy as always. Can't wait to see the offense.

Don't expect to see a lot of shifting in the spring game.

I always wonder why they say "sources" about shite like "Player X looks good".

Its one of 3 things. Either editorial laziness where he just shoots the shite at practice and then writes down shite later that he somewhat remembers hearing people say. Or possibly he just likes to spice up his own opinions with "sources confirm". Or stating who the sources are would devalue the opinion.

But these are all positive subjective things that no one is afraid to have attributed to them. "One source told me he likes pizza and thinks its yummy" .

Because he can't say that fullback JD Moore told me this??

It's called protecting your source, that's why journalistic credibility is so important.

You're moron if you think no one is afraid to have that attributed to themself. Practice is only open to the media for 25 minutes on Tuesdays and Thursday, you don't get to see that much.

The only good thing about how irritated I was, as I sat in the hot sunshine of Lambeau Field, was that my wife left to get me some water, and met Chicken's father. He gave my wife the prized TD Coozie!!

[The offense is actually causing the defense trouble, which was not typical with Les]

And, in doing so, is actually making the defense better at the same time. Win/Win

I addressed this. You act like no one has ever had a quote attributed to them
