I think it's either him or Westbrook. But I'd give kyrie the nod

I believe Westbrook is the best and then Kyrie and Steph are tied for second.

No but he is awesome and he's money in late game scenarios. He was better than Curry in the Finals last year without a doubt.

CP3, Russ, and Curry are all better. Kyrie is more in the Lillard, Wall, Lowry tier.
