I've had HBO my entire life, and as I thought on what my favorite shows were, I was amazed at how far down Game of Thrones would be on the list. A show I thoroughly enjoy, just one that is not on par with many past and present shows. That is how good HBO's programming is.

Sopranos never really did it for me except for the acting by James Gandolfini and Edie Falco which was incredible. It's a lot like Mad Men. You admire the writing and the acting and the execution but it just never clicked with me emotionally.
