Plays that you think should be called more often

Watching that last eagles drive and all I was thinking on that 4th down was that old bootleg goal line play that happens every 4 years or so
I swear manning used to walk in when he ran it and I'm pretty sure my grandfather can out run manning. Chase Daniel could've done it.

The 4th and short fake up the middle, toss back to an end around. Would work very similar to the bootleg play you are talking about with Manning, but the ball goes to the RB, who hits the pile, meanwhile a WR out on the side acts like he is doing nothing, then takes off, the RB laterals back to him for an end around.
I think it would work, at least until defenses get clued in.
