Zubrowka, or just Zu in the states, is incredibly good. Drink it with ice and it doesn't burn good. It is very popular mixed with apple juice.

$30 for 750 mL in most cases. I highly recommend it.

buy a cheap water filter and run the cheap vodka through it a few times. From what i've read, during blind taste test people couldn't tell the difference. I don't know cause i can't stand the taste of Vodka.

Sobieski vodka, its like $12.99 a fifth. Svedka is also good and cheap. Both are readily available too. Best price I find is normally at CVS. You shouldnt be paying more than $16-$18 a fifth for qulity vodka.

Kirklands Vodka.
It's made at the same plant as Grey Goose, but tastes better/a little sweeter.
