Agree@bearfan22 I was scrolling through Twitter and it was like one negative tweet for every 200 positive tweets about this hire. Wouldn't think that reading TD

My father taught me how to be a man. Sorry you relied on LSU. They failed to teach you the difference between truth and bullshite apparently. if they had, you know this administration, search and hire is utter bull shite.

I am convinced that most lsu fans are down to earth, logical people who love and support their school in good times and bad. The kids deserve your support. Not being a back stabber against the coach's, a.d., or president. Lsu groomed me to become a man. And I am indebted to all who came before me and after. So if u can't shut up and support your team move somewhere else

I think you are correct. a message board like this appearantly attracks some titty babies and they are very vocal.

This sounds EXACTLY like the reaction to the Johnny Jones hire. "One of us." "Passion for LSU." "Dream job." "Great recruiter.", etc. Never mind that no other major program wanted him to lead their program, he loved LSU.

5 years later we are where anyone with half a brain knew we would be with that hire. It's mind boggling that LSU shitty AD made virtually the EXACT SAME HIRE

Maybe your dad should have taught you about the concept of consistency. For example, is there a difference between bullshite and bull shite, or are you just a full blown rantard?

Acceptance, as Fat Bastard knows, is the key here. Coach O is a good ball coach who will get us to some quality bowl games. The future is brighter than the doomsayers think.

Nah, if you check The Huddle of 104.5's app pretty much similar things are said.

How many schools were interested in hiring Ed Orgeron again? I forgot. I wasn't sure how many.

There's a big disconnect between the Rant and the LSU fans I know IRL. Most are very happy with the hire. Even the ones who are ambivalent are willing to give him a chance.

It's a big confirmation bias here, not anywhere near a reflection of fans or even an accurate cross section. At least with the ones that are even genuine LSU fans in the first place.

Same moronic argument that was used when the Rant was disgruntled with Miles. It didn't represent reality! Then Miles got fired for incompetence midseason.

As for alma mater, it taught me to evaluate evidence objectively using reason. By that standard, this is a tepid hire. We'll hope for the best.

P.S. Your post is condescending, pompous nonsense.

As a former GBFTL member, I have a ton of LSU fans on my FB friends list. I'd say the ration of O supports to O haters is about 80/20.
