A lot of classic rock albums

Music from Big Pink, DOSTM, Axis: Bold As Love, Zeppelin I ^ II, Sgt. Peppers, Talking Heads 77. Really multiple albums from the above artists and more.

Also Live Phish: Volumes 1 - 20

I guess greatest hits albums are not part of this discussion, right?

Here are a few albums that come to mind.

Counting Crows: August and Everything After

Guns n Roses: Appetite for Destruction

Elbow: Seldom Seen Kid

Led Zepplin: IV

Def Leppard: Pyromania

When I was coming up you had the buy the whole album, so you learned every word of every song. If you were lucky, the lyrics were printed on the sleeve.

Guns N' Rose - Appetite for Destruction
Queensryche - Operation Mindcrime
Michael Jackson - Thriller
Dream Theater - Images and Words
Pearl Jam - Ten
Metallica - Black
