Pedro at his best is unlike anything I've ever seen and that is even more special cause of all the juicing going on at the time

Peak Pedro is very likely the best pitcher to ever exist.

In person? Kevin Brown as a Ranger and later as a Marlin has thrown the best games I've ever seen in person.

In my lifetime? Pedro or Mariano. Both were untouchable when they were on, which was far more often than not.

Greg Maddux for me, his placement was an art form.

Peak Pedro. I saw him pitch multiple times live, and I'll tell my grandkids about it.

The first baseball game I ever watched in person was Nolan Ryan's 299th win. I was 7. Ever since that day, he is my answer to this question.

Also saw he and Clemens square off in 92. Heaaaaters, Ricky.

Randy Johnson when sitting behind home plate

No idea how hitters were not scared shitless when facing him especially lefties
