The occupation count of a bathroom is measured by the number of sinks. 2 sinks means it is a 2 person bathroom. How do adults not know this?

If it's unisex, I probably lock the door. It's awkward if you're taking a shite and there's a woman standing outside the stall waiting her turn.
If it's a men's room, of course I don't lock the door. They might need to use the urinal.

I usually put a little turd right outside the door just to let people know it's occupied. No lock needed.
