Hmmm. I'd grant that he has a lot of potential, arm strength, speed, etc. He hasn't really managed to convert that into "talent" - at least not at the level we need. He'll never be a Heisman candidate and, ultimately, we need a better quarterback than he has shown that he can be.

Decide on a head coach- Jimbo, O or Herman

Either way we need the following:

- Good OC especially if O is the HC. I say Sterlin Gilbert or Briles (Big time TX connections)

- New strength coach- Need to beef up both lines, esp OL

- Need to keep our current class and get 2-3 stud LB and Cam Akers, another beast OL and hopefully haul in Marvin Wilson with our La 5 star stud

- Aranda- Need not say anymore for the Def

- Brennan is our future, we throw him out there as a Fr. so we can win it all in 2018

- Guice comes back for 2018- Natty!!
