Nope. There is a difference in a transition team like every other POTUS in time; and making a literal new gov entity OFFICE with special podiums and TOTUS for it....

He isn't "bickering" on twitter. I would characterize this as pointing out inaccuracies on the part of a biased media organization. He didn't call any one individual out.
It is because of his willingness to address his adversaries in a different manner that got him elected. If you think that he will survive by ignoring or always going high the road with these folks, you are crazy.
