Yes we can. I'm betting they're still wildly ineffective or that we only get the worst of trumps policies through while ignoring things like term limits and removing big money from elections

Trump owns the Congress; all on that Red Map knew exactly what they were voting on, because Trump spelled it out. The Congress is there to hammer out the legalese.

No doubt. If Cruz were president, I'd say nothing will get done. But with Trump, I think something will get done.
