I'm not trying to be a dick, but he's not a POS for not filming his daughter. It's a bunch of kindergartners dancing to gangnam(sp)-style....in 2016.
First off, they shouldn't be having a dance recital for that. Secondly, that song is germans as frick. Third, why are they having a dance recital for the parents where kindergartners are dancing to that stupid arse song. Finally, the teacher is shaking dat azz and showing what she's working with. All of that inevitably leads to the conclusion that Igor is most definitely not a POS. It's really a no-brainer.
