Where are your favorite places to buy sausage, of any variety (not including boudin)?

Kermit Lejeune's (Eunice)
Spuddy's (Vacherie)
Teets (Ville Platte)
French Settlement
Don's Country Store (Reserve)
Murray's (St. Amant)
Bourgeois' (Thibodaux)
Bergeron's (Port Allen)
Rabideaux's (Iowa)
T-Jim's (Cottonport)

Whatcha got?

Peto's in Roanoke.
Rita's in Iota/Gott's Cove/T-Mamou.

Both place have the kind of sausage that give your entire gumbo that awesome, smokey flavor.

I'm pretty fond of Nunu's for fresh sausage. For pre-cooked smoked sausage for gumbo/jambalayl, I still prefer Manda's.

Benoit's in Addis has some damn fine smoked sausage and andoullie. Grew up on that stuff, and their beef jerky is legit too

This is a review from 2009 so they might be open still but I loved their sausage when I lived in Evangeline parish.

In Shreveport/Bossier the best andouille is at Maxwell's in Shreveport. 2nd best is Bergeron's in Bossier.

For fresh sausage links the best is Bergeron's and 2nd best is Maxwell's.

Everything else is supermarket stuff and it's horrible.
