AT&T - Flood Discount 50%

So i get my ATT bill today and once again no discount. I call them up and they are saying itll be 3 billing cycles before a discount is given. Anyone else been told this?

My boss was bitching about this exact thing today... he said he is only going to pay for the service he recieved... 5 days of no service is pretty easy to calculate

Been having shite problems with AT&T service at home too.
Didn't have internet/phone for 2 weeks in July, complained, said I'd get credit for 2 weeks. Of course, no credit when bill came in, called back, said it'll reflect this month. Just got the bill, still nothing.
Called back, told them cancel it and remove the bill because I'm not paying it. got a 15 minute sob story of why leave after 15+ years, told them ain't dealing with it and cancelled it. Not paying for it either, AT&T can DIAF

A)I wasn't charged the $15 overage fee that I racked up
B)AT&T Doubled my data balance from last month/ rolled over my entire balance.
I was happy with how AT&T handled this

I actually looked at their FB post last night because I was wondering why I hadn't seen a credit yet. The fine print does say 3 billing cycles. Blah blah blah

Verizon will have the new Iphone7 on Sept 23rd. It will be $31/month. You dont buy the phones outright like you do in the past. However, with this you pay the full amount but spread out over 2 years. But in a year if you decide you dont like the new phone you can get a different phone at no charge.
I've had Verizon for many years and still have the old plan but looking into getting new phones and that's how it works now. However you can get a 22% corporate discount.
