I believe Harris doesn't have the intellect to play QB above the HS level.

Put in Herb Tyler v2.0 now and get him the needed reps.

Do you see the confusion getting plays in and the shitty play calling?
Ya'll do this shite every year about trying to get in a back up qb. It won't matter. Why fck him up this year.

How many more QBs do we have to see before we realize it's not the QBs fault.

Its lack of coaching, our QBs don't progress through their years. Most regress.

You honestly think Scott knows the entire playbook? Didn't we go through this with Harris @ Auburn...

This would be the 3rd/4th time of "let the young guy start". You want to go around the circle again? The results aren't going to be any different.

Should transfer to a better school. Just being realistic. If he's that smart, he'll see that we don't put our players in positions to succeed while here. We fail to develop. Unfortunately for this kid, he chose the wrong school to commit to.

Why in the frick would you want another dual threat out there? Every single time we throw one of those guys out there they suck. This offense isn't built for them and I have no clue why we keep trying to get those guys here. This offense is built for a quarterback that can actually make a read while executing a five step drop.

Its not the QB, its the system and lack of originality.

Good coaches put their players in positions to succeed.

Bad coaches put their players in positions to fail.

Or at least let him play a few snaps to change something on offense. Didn't Alabama play a true freshman?

With the coaching staff we have, it would be unfair/dangerous to put Scott out there.

Why. Led and Cam will just ruin him.

You and anyone who agrees are morons...BH has the talent but he doesn't have the coaching and isn't running an offense conducive to good qb play (see all qbs except Mett) so to throw him to the wolves would be the same thing we saw when BH played at auburn

So you want Miles to ruin another promising QB. No, you ride this year with what you got then let the new coach pick who he wants.

Right now, there isn't a QB on this roster, or ANY team's roster that will improve this offense. When every defense has you figured out and schemes accordingly, and they know that the offense will do nothing to adjust outside of the he'd coach saying that the team needs to execute better during press conferences, you're fricked.

Why not.

I just went back and went through the Georgia game and Bama game.

Jacob Eason is very good as a true freshman and drove Georgia up and down the field, changed plays, composed, etc... And their OL blocked and Chubb ran for 222

Bama put Jalen Hurts (also a freshman) in the game and he looked all world, very poised, can run, change plays, etc...

Oh yes, and Bama scored all their 52 points in 2.5 quarters. Yep was 3-0 USC until 7:45 left in 2nd Qtr. And their defense looks just as good as last year- Steel curtain

Why them ? :banghead: :banghead: :banghead:
