What in the actual frick?

quote:

I think what happened last November was actually good for everybody,” Alleva said Monday during a radio interview with ESPN 104.5 in Baton Rouge. “I think it was good for Les. I think it was good for me. I think it was good for the players.”

worst AD in the country. It is fricking embarrassing we would hire him after the Duke lax thing. He should be relegated to managing a high school or middle school program.

If last November turns into an SEC championship this season, then I'll agree.

I can see what he's saying. Obviously last November was completely dreadful in the moment and I would much rather (still now) won out in November. But I can see what he means by it giving everyone a shock and saying, we need to get it done NOW or there is no tomorrow. Having said that I still want him let go and do not trust him in the slightest to make great hires in our big 3 programs.

How fricking tone-deaf.

everyone has to admit that this was one of the better offseasons we have had, which maybe could be attributed to last November?

I don't know

LSU was #2 going into Nov. Not winning out and going to the SECCG and Playoffs was good for everyone, Joe?

I guess the Lacross hoax was good for everyone, too?

I'm a well documented Alleva hater. I called for him to be fired earlier this year.

That said, he's absolutely right, in the sense that everyone needed a come to jesus moment. You're looking at the results in a stellar assistant staff and preseason top 5 ranking.

This is the part I 100% disagree with and why I can't support the asshat.

I totally agree with Joe.

Every November LSU should lose 3 games and handle personnel decisions in a way that embarrasses the program nationally.

It's "good"!

he's right. its funny how the fans have seen so much good from it and continue to shite on Alleva where he was just the guy bringing in Jimbo and everyone would have hailed him but he got shite on by the uppers.

He's talking about a wake up call and putting a foot in Les' arse you bunch of short sighted morons.

Again, if he doesn't change, after last November and I'm sure a few "Come to Jesus" meetings, Les sees writing on the wall.

If he doesn't, that's his fault and he will be fired.

Have any of you ever been in the boss' office before?

No problem with what he said.

You know, it seems like the most distressed folks on this board over shite like this have the least amount of real life kicking you in the butt.

Just my observation

At least we know where we are. A meddling short sighted president, a board that haven't a clue, a bumbling AD, and an entrenched coach.
