Anyone know of any grown adults who have never flown before? Hell what about people who have never left their birth state. I think all my family has flown before although I think I had a cousin who didn't travel until college.

My sister flew for the first time last year. She was 33.

We traveled plenty as kids, but we just never flew. We would take month long road trips.

Don't know anyone like this.

I don't know either, but I've definitely read on here people saying they've never left Louisiana. I think it'd odd, I mean I understand everyone can't afford to travel and take big trips but not even ever going to MS or TX is weird.

I had a classmate at LSU that had an irrational fear of travel... he basically had never left the BR area.

I don't know if that still holds true, but at the time he had never flown and never left the state.

I've been on a small plane once where we just circled around the city. I've never actually flown to another place. The last time I left the state was 11 years ago and that was just for a weekend in Houston.

Know plenty of people that won't get on planes. Don't know anyone that won't leave their state though. Know a lot of people that won't leave the south for many different reasons, furthest they will go is Disney or one of the redneck beaches. I know a lot of super country trades and labor guys from work, they travel to other states for work, but stay in the south.

It's kinda easy to leave the state when you live on the border of 3 and can get to a 4th with a small bit of driving.

Something about using a pallet jack as a scooter..

If you stand on the prongs, flip the steering handle around, and rock side to side, the jack will pick up speed.

I found it fun

I was 28 for my first flight. I did not think it was a big deal. I have flown probably 100 times sine then.

yeah I know way too many people that the furthest west they have been is like Dallas or Houston

I want to scream at them to stop going to the same beach every summer and go to the mountains for once

Why would I go to the mountains when Coors can bring the mountains to me?

I didn't fly until I was 30. Everything when I was little was a road trip, and my wife gets sick on planes so we drive.

I'm 32 now and I think I've had 40 or so flights since my first

I sat next to a retired couple on their first plane ride the last time I flew out of NOLA.

They were a nervous wreck during the take-off and landing.

I live on the westbank. There are old people over there who have literally never crossed the river.
