For those of you who aren't afraid to let out your inner alcoholic white girl. I passed through Leblancs yesterday and noticed them starting to trickle in. What are your go-to's. I'm a fan of New Belgium Pumpkick.

Is that the one with cranberry mixed in?
My favorite is Schlafly's Pumpkin Ale.

I don't mind pumpkin beers in moderation, but it sure helps when it's cooler out.
My absolute favorite fall beers are the fresh/wet hop IPAs that will start showing up soon after the hop harvest taking place right now.

I am hoping with Elysian's new reach into the Texas market, I'll be able to scoop up some their pumpkin beers.
Other than that, I'll stick to stouts and porters to warm up during those frigid sub-50 degree Houston winter days.

I'm a fan of the marzens/oktoberfest beers that come out this time of year. A crisp, slightly biscuity lager on a cool evening is a great thing. I also really enjoy BBF Autumn Saison.

I just want it to get cold enough so I can drink (eat) some Samuel Smith's Oatmeal Stout on a the regular.

Loved the Stone Americano Imperial Stout that came out last Fall. Can't wait to try that one again. Also, Sam Adams Octoberfest is already on the shelves. It's a nice beer.

I am sure I am doing it wrong, but I don't want different beers due to the season. Hell, I hate it that Summer Pils is a summer beer. It should be Year Round Pils.

Had a couple of Karbachtoberfests Sunday night.
Last year Kentucky Bourbon Barrel Ale had a pumpkin flavored ale out in the fall. Hopefully they will issue it again. Quite tasty.

Picked up a couple of '15 Pumpkinators at Colandro's today and also a pack of Evil Twin Soft DK. I have never tried aging beers myself. Should I stick them in the back of the fridge and forget about them or put them on a shelf in the closet?
