Korryn Gaines's 5-Year-Old Son Speaks Out From Hospital Bed About His Mother's Killing

LINK

quote:

The shooting and killing of Korryn Gaines has many debating whether or not the actions taken by the Baltimore County Police were justified. During the shooting, Gaines’s 5-year-old son, Kodi, was shot and injured.

He was taken to Johns Hopkins Children’s Hospital, where he is making a recovery. While in the hospital, Kodi’s cousin recorded a series of videos of him recounting what he remembers from the shooting.

In the videos, he discusses how the police came into the home and shot first. He also talked about how he wanted to stay with his mother, and in no way was she forcing him to remain in a dangerous situation.

The most interesting moment comes when Kodi says that he felt like the police were not there to help them, but he felt like they had intentions to hurt the two of them. He also claims that once the police started to shoot, they tried to run away, which is when he was shot in the arm.

This is a complicated case that will continue to unravel as more details become available. As for now, we wish Kodi a safe and speedy recovery.

And the Oscar goes to......

Ask him about Santa Claus and the Tooth Fairy while you're at it.

Anyone that watched the YouTube video of the initial traffic stop that got her in trouble knows she brainwashed him.

Many black kids are raised to hate cops and be scared of cops. It's a fact.

Not saying that what he says isn't true, but the kid already has a negative mindset of police right out of the womb. It's disgusting.

Let's drop all pretense here and just let black people do whatever for Christ sake. Laws, basic decency, whatever. I'm so fricking sick of people defending the indefensible.

No. They had no warrant...busted into a private home and then were pissed the owner, within her rights, told them to leave.

So they killed her.

Like a 5 year old has any idea what to feel. My friends kid is 5 years old and he'll do anything to turn on the lego movie. So forgive me if I feel like this 5 year old might have been influenced.
