It has been almost 20 years since JonBenét Ramsey was found beaten and strangled in her parents' home in Boulder.
Now her brother, Burke, is speaking publicly for the first time about the unsolved death. Burke, 29, will speak with Dr. Phil in an exclusive three-part interview, the show's producers announced Monday.
The interview will reveal "shocking, never-before-heard details about one of America’s most talked about cold cases," according to the website.
"After 20 years, it’s finally time for answers," the website said.

I predict that it will be some over-hyped shite that turns out to be completely uneventful. It was the most sensational trial of the time...how much "shocking evidence" do you really think the attorneys missed?

Y'all remember that dude who confessed to killing her even though he had nothing to do with it? That was crazy.

Burke is one of three people that could have committed this crime.

There is no other brother in the house at the time of death.
DNA did not really clear the Ramseys. Just that some other DNA was found on her clothing years after the murders, and surely after plenty of handling of said clothing.
By the silly ransom note, there is ZERO reason to look outside the house for the perpetrators.

Unless this guy is going to go on TV and admit to the murders, there will be nothing to see here. I always figured the dad or mom got pissed at the kid and accidentally slapped her or pushed her or something leading to the death. They then staged the crazy scene with the note and all to throw off the investigators.
After watching that kids pageant show once on TV, I firmly believe anyone crazy enough to do that stuff could be involved in covering up their own child's murder.
FWIW, I understand that was the deal with Casey Anthony as well. Killed the kid on accident and then covered it up by staging the body.
