Tough to call pitchers who's arms explode busts. It's a known risk drafting pitchers, especially high school pitchers high.

Biggest bust all time has to be Danny Goodwin. He was drafted first overall twice - once out of high school (didn't sign) then again four years later out of college (Southern U).
