Plaquemine kinda seems like it doesnt fit there.

I lived in Youngsville for six years from 82-88... I would've never, in a million years, believe that it would make any list, much less this one. Such a sad, depressed place back then.

30 years later it has changed. Lafayette is growing in that direction and loads of people are moving out there.
