We need defenders. We were one of the worst defenses in the league last year. If he can do that, then he definitely has a spot.

He also barely played at Kansas so he's raw as frick. Needs a lot of experience. Probably will play him in the DLeague awhile I bet year 1.

And we gave away a pick for him 5 spots early? Woof

I mean this isn't the NFL draft, not like we gave up in the grand scheme of things

So he's a zero on offense, but a reb and D guy?

Top 5 Re-B and D Center prospect. Ask Boom.

Read where Diallo was excellent at the Combine. A scout compared him to Kenneth Faried.

Clippers get KU PF Cheick Diallo at 33. Really like this pick. Still so much upside there. Plays really, really hard. -Chad Ford

Hearing Kansas big man Cheick Diallo has worked his way into the 15-20 range. All NBA people say the same thing: MOTOR, MOTOR, MOTOR. - Jon Rothstein on 6/16

Not a big deal. This isn't the NFL draft. 2nd round picks are a dime a dozen.

He is a good prospect. He has a place in the league. He needs experience.

This guy is legit. He'll be a good bench guy for us his rookie year

I mean shite look at bdj last year(R.I.P)

I'd say he outsclassed the majority of 2nd rounders drafted and was an undrafted SL guy.

Or Frazier or Ish or Bellinelli or Ayon or Cunningham or Ajinca or Vasquez or Lopez.

At the end of the day I'm not really that concerned if we don't land a hit with our second rounder. If there is one thing Demps is really good at it is finding diamond in the ruff role players outside of the draft.

Didn't he also find some sleeper draft picks?

If yes that would be another reason I am already coming around to trading up for this guy.

Plus just to pat my own back I wanted Diallo back in December

Pining for Diallo

And I've been riding for Buddy since January so I'm very happy with this draft right now lol
