I just don't understand how it got there. The only place to pull in there is on the other side, if tide was coming in it would have pinned him against the bridge and if it was going out he would be way down from the bridge. I guess the current/tide could have been flat.

His "parking brake failed" or so he said. Luckily enough his trailer jacknifed and stopped it from going back further. I don't know how a parking brake just fails like that after you get out though....
