Disappointed to see Ghost on here. Would rather see them at their own show.

Didn't they just play Nola (the Civic) recently?

They played the Civic the last two years and the Varsity earlier this year. They are putting together a new show for the fall though.

are Arcade Fire coming out with new material, or are they just playing because it's in Win and Regine's new hometown?

Just bought my passes. $170 after all the bullshite fees--kind of a bummer.

But it's basically $55 a day for a festival with a pretty good lineup.

This lineup is actually pretty decent in comparison to other years. Last year was god awful, if you can get into some alternative and rap/hip hop this is probably as good a line up as you'll see. Thank god for the lack of EDM and house artists.

All I see is:

not interested in anything else on that poster.

Wasn't Tool just in New Orleans? You'd think Voodoo would have some creativity in their bookings.

edit: nevermind, we are talking about Voodoo here

Not Voodoo's best lineup, but it's still not bad. I wouldn't mind seeing Tool, Cage the Elephant, Chainsmokers, Band of Horses, G-Eazy, and Arcade Fire.

Real question. Are you one of those people that pretty much listens to stuff you liked in the 90s? What modern era bands are you into? Or maybe the better question is what bands would you prefer to see at Voodoo?

If Breesus had his way, the lineup would be Tool, REO Speedwagon, Blue Oyster Cult, The Police, Slayer, Nickelback, Panic at the Disco, and oh who am I kidding... Just insert any band from the warped tour in the late 90's early 2000's.
