So you're saying there is a chance?

Tool just announced a Little Rock, Arkansas show on Friday night of Voodoo weekend. Since the New Orleans Arena sold out so fast, chances are looking good.

I'd be surprised if it isn't Tool + Puscifer. The next round of US Puscifer tour dates starts 11/1 in Orlando.

id be surprised if it was - stacking acts like that at a festival like this doesnt maximize ticket sales.

They've done it recently at Monster Mash in Phoenix and at least once before at River's Edge in Minneapolis a few years back. Just looking at the timing and location of the Puscifer shows coupled with past history. I think Maynard likes doing it to gain exposure for P, not necessarily as an additional headline/ticket sale band for the festival.

Man Tool would be a bummer. They just recently came to NOLA months ago. This is the one chance we get a year for headlining acts that skip this city.

Tool is fantastic in an arena, but I feel like I'm watching a show, a production. People don't rock out or sing along much. It doesn't seem like a fit for a festival, though Halloween makes a little more sense than most.

Yeah people always want tool, but they don't even see them when they are in town.

Everybody sees them. Their shows sell out in minutes.

Yeah I know, but it seems like the people who saw them in January would want someone else. Every year it's a top request. Maybe some just want to see them playing Voodoo every year, and I'm assuming they don't see them on tour.
