Any of you guys have any recommendations?
I really like the live watersports catamaran style board with a huge deck and it looks extremely stable. Will be used for fishing, touring and expeditions. Minimum 12'.

It is...it is expensive, but if you are going to be fishing, it is worth it. It is not something you will want to take out into the gulf and surf on though while on vacation at the beach.
Bote makes good SUPs too.

The Bote Ahab is second on my list by a very small margin.

If I've learned anything from this board, the ones at SAMS are probably the best bang for your buck.
ETA: But seriously, I saw SAMS sales them.

I just picked up a Yolo fishing board 2 weekends ago. It's very stable and much cheaper than the BOTE boards. With the paddle, ice chest, and straps i paid just under $1800. The bote is much more expensive and their fancy rod holders and leaning post are not necessarily as great as they look.
The board is 12' long and 35" wide. It's easily the most stable board i've ever been on. I can fish on it and it's also stable enough to take my 5 yr. old son on with me for the occasional fun ride.
I purchased an engels 30 qt. with 4 rod holders and a seat pad. It's perfect. I'll try to get a picture of it. If you have any other questions let me know.

I have this one and I've fished off of it at the lake in our cove quite a bit

Doesn't meet your requirements for 12ft but it is cheap and tough as hell. I love the high vantage point fishing off of it v. my Kayak. Wish it were stable enough to walk around the deck turning 360 which I imagine you might be able to do with that catamaran style. Every paddle board I've used you have to keep your feet in one spot and walking around isn't an option unless you do it very slowly and deliberatly. I've thrown a cooler on the back and will sit on it while fishing and that works great. IIRC I've seen an 11'6" version somewhere. Maybe Cabelas or Dicks?

Yeah, wear a pfd. Someone just disappeared on the Columbia River recently.

The yolo board looks interesting. It's a little shorter than I had hoped for, but it could work. I suppose I could modify it to my standards. It looks like it could take a serious beating.

Hobie has one coming out soon with pedals and a handlebar...just a heads up

I thought Neaux Sheaux was just kidding

Haha not a joke at all! A coworker of mine is sponsored by Hobie and recently did a demonstration on the eclipse at Pack n Paddle...he said that thing can "fly"

That Hobie Eclipse looks like something I'd enjoy

It looks fun. Also like that it can easily convert to a traditional SUP if you wanted.
Just looked...$2600 for it though

It reminds me of a jetski, a terrible purchase after the 2nd time I would use it.
